We may already have someone with your disease in our Quebec contact registry as we began our iRARE Centre in Quebec years ago. We also have some individuals from elsewhere in Canada.

However, we would like to populate our registry with other people from Canada and be able to match people in the same province (after all, you may be facing the same challenges in your health system and can exchange on your experiences, positive and negative).

Please fill out the form below and we will consult our registry. If we don’t have anyone, we will search for you through other sources.

If we cannot find anyone at the present time, we will contact you as soon as we have a listiing with the same rare disease.
